Pacific Heights Stage 3B is a complex earthworks project involving large-scale bulk excavation, detailed level control, and staged construction across a developing residential subdivision.

 

Our role on this project included earthwork setout, detailed earthworks as-built surveys, site control establishment, and ongoing machine control support. We worked closely with the contractor’s site team to provide accurate and timely survey data to support continuous earthworks operations across multiple stages.

 

Through consistent site control and integration with machine control systems, we supported precise earthworks execution, efficient cut-to-fill operations, and reduced the need for rework in a fast-paced construction environment.
