This project consists of a 19-unit standalone residential development delivered within a coordinated subdivision layout.

Our scope of work included foundation setout for all units, building compliance surveying, and ongoing construction surveying support throughout the project. We worked closely with the builder and site team to ensure accurate positioning of structures, efficient construction sequencing, and compliance with approved plans.

Through ongoing site involvement, we provided reliable and responsive support to assist with on-going construction activities, helping maintain a smooth delivery across all stages of the project.
